Key's IBM-authorized Business Partner Innovation Center provides
a robust testing environment to evaluate best-of-breed
solutions and best practices applied to server computing, networks and
business continuity solutions.
Specific functions of the Center include:
- DEMONSTRATION & EVALUATION – Demo
basic hardware and software capabilities allowing 1st
hand assessment by potential users.
- PROOF OF CONCEPT – Evaluate
the performance of specific solution sets and test
the operation of specific configurations.
- TESTING & STAGING – Assembling
ordered hardware and software for final testing prior
to delivery to client.
- PRELOADING – Loading
client application programs and data and testing prior to delivery.
Managed Services
A full range of Managed Services are available to support visitors to Key’s Innovation Center. These include:

To optimize use of these resources, a wide variety of software and hardware solutions and services are provided through the Center. Key's extensive investments in hardware and software at the Center supports a testing environment that is safe and permits complete integration testing before IT resources are delivered to the client site.
Different levels of business continuity service keep the hardware, applications and networks for critical applications up and running at a level of availability determined by the user.
Using the Center, Key has developed a formal process for staging the development of complex integrated solutions to ensure their effectiveness prior to delivery.
Access
Clients and visitors are welcome at the Center, where the demonstration of a wide variety of hardware and software solutions can be structured for evaluation. The Center is open during normal business hours (8:30am to 5pm) at Key’s headquarters in Woodland Hills, California.
Key’s clients can make appointments to visit the Center through their Key representative.
