Founded as an orphanage in 1888, Five Acres is
the oldest child abuse and neglect prevention, treatment and education
center in the San Gabriel Valley and one of the few in Los Angeles
County accredited by the internationally recognized Council on
Accreditation of Services for Families and Children (COA). Five
