Key’s exhibit experience at VMworld conference and Key’s assessment offered to those interested in the value of VMware.

On November 7, 8 and 9, Key joined other vendors to exhibit at VMworld 2006 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. On hand were members of Key’s and VMware's professional staffs, discussing how server virtualization can bring big dividends to conference-goers. Visitors to Key’s booth learned about Key’s offer to IT managers of Wintel and mainframe platforms, providing an assessment of the potential for server consolidation and virtualization. read more . . .

Neil Tantingco, IBM Alliance Manager at VMware, and David Jiang, Systems Engineer at VMware, presented an online demo in Key's October Webinar. VMware provides software products that allows you to simplify IT so companies leverage their storage, network, and computing resources to control costs and respond faster. The VMware virtual infrastructure approach to IT management creates virtual services out of the physical IT infrastructure, enabling administrators to allocate these virtual resources quickly to the business units that need them most.

New application from GSS Group offers analysis and reporting for JD Edwards General Ledger.

We spoke to John Joynt, president of GSS Group, Inc. in Markham, Ontario, Canada, about a new Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services-based analytic application called Vigilance Finance that offers impressive interactive analysis and ad hoc reporting of cleansed and validated financial data from JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne.
